Share Your Cheapest Meal! What's the Most Affordable Restaurant Dish You've Had?

Fellow budget warriors, tell us the cheapest restaurant meal you've ever had!

My record is Fuji Soba's kake soba at 320 yen. It won't fill you up completely, but it's perfect for a light hunger fix.

Chain restaurants, independent shops, any genre is welcome.
We're looking for surprising finds that make you think 'There's a menu this cheap?!'

I'd love to compile everyone's info into a cheapest meal ranking.
Please share the location, price, and menu name if possible.
