Anyone Earning Points When Eating Out? Share Your Tips!
I recently started point-hunting (ポイ活), and it seems there are lots of ways to earn points when eating out.
Here's what I've found so far...
■ Book through reservation sites
Reserve via Hot Pepper Gourmet or Tabelog and earn 50-200 points per person. If you're organizing a group dinner, definitely take advantage of this.
■ Mystery dining (an amazing system)
Just eat normally and fill out a survey — you get 30-80% of your meal cost back as points. Sometimes you end up paying less than half price.
■ Double-dip on points
Stack credit card points + store loyalty card + QR payment campaign bonuses for effectively 10-20% savings.
